Espace Marsoulan

The ESAT Marsoulan, located in Montreuil (district bordering Paris), is a public structure of services and support the work that is for people experiencing disabilities (mental, motor, etc.). It has an average of 300 disabled workers. The establishment has a concierge service open to all internal and external audiences : " Espace Marsoulan". ESAT already has an institutional site : http://www.esatmarsoulan.fr/ and three dedicated sites on the services offered (restaurant, laundry, green spaces) .

Requirements

  • Website to be annotated with Schema.org microdata.

  • Basic level of Wai Aria accessibility.

  • Website has to be accessible from both touch and pointer devices.

  • Responsive design is a requirement.

  • Front End CMS for website editing (posibility to add/edit/remove all content).

  • Facebook & Instagram sharing modules planed!

  • RGAA, French government standard of accessibility of the website is required.

  • Services that Espace Marsoulan has to offer ServiceGroup > Service, including description and prices.

    • Each of the Service Groups has most used list and other services list

    • 5 Service Groups are featured and should be presented with greater priority.

    • Most used Services from those Service Groups should be listed on Service Group list page.

    • 2 of the featured Service Groups have special offers (discounts) from time to time for single Service.

      • Service Name, start & end date, discount value, before and after price should be visible.

    • On Service Group list page all active special offers should be visible

    • On single Service Group page only related special offer should be visible

    • Updates at least once a year.

  • Fruit and Vegetable Baskets, that are made weekly, (1 fruit, 1 vegetable basket) should be presented with prices, description, content of the basket (styled text list).

    • Baskets can be reserved or ordered.

      • Reserved: no payment, paid when picked up from Espace Marsoulan.

      • Ordered: Paid online with limited time to pick up products from Espace Marsoulan

    • Automated sending of an email to the customer and to administrator confirming that the reservation or order has been received.

    • Closing of reservations and orders the following Wednesday morning at 11:00 

    • Update of the opening and closing message for reservations

    • Weekly update on Thursday morning

    • Each fruits & vegetables basket has a recipe(s) (one or few) related to it. 

    • Recipes related to baskets that were offered in the past should be presented also.

    • Only fruit related recipes should be on the page with fruit basket, and vegetable related with vegetable basket.

    • address, the opening days and hours, the access map, the phone number. Maybe an email ... but there are concierges who can neither read nor write , or not very well ... and therefore we should have the email contact of a manager ... who are always very busy ... A priori, no form, to see...

  • Subscribe Flow: So far we only send by email details of organic baskets proposals (Message + PDF attachment ) but our client contact list is not updated with Outlook ... The customers preferentially reserve baskets by phone and moderately by email. Subscribe Flow to be defined. (Mailchimp)

  • Automatic SMS , Optional, Offer If the customer has given his agreement, notify him/her by sms of the opening of reservations for organic baskets with a link to the site page, to be able to inform promotional or special offers , etc. Each time with a link to the site. 

  • Reservations report It would be nice to be able to periodically extract a report on online reservations. A date or period, by customer name or by types of basket.
