Espace Marsoulan

The ESAT Marsoulan, located in Montreuil (district bordering Paris), is a public structure of services and support the work that is for people experiencing disabilities (mental, motor, etc.). It has an average of 300 disabled workers. The establishment has a concierge service open to all internal and external audiences : " Espace Marsoulan". ESAT already has an institutional site : http://www.esatmarsoulan.fr/ and three dedicated sites on the services offered (restaurant, laundry, green spaces) .

1. Context Of The Project

This concierge main offers are:

  • dry cleaning

  • sewing,

  • shoe repair

  • car, motorcycle, bicycle cleaning

The concierge also offers other services (photocopies, digital printing , traditional binding)

shop sales (artisanal and organic food products , postcards, decorative items, etc.) 

and a weekly order service for organic fruit and vegetable baskets.

2. THE PROJECT IN 2 STEPS 

ESAT already has an institutional site : http://www.esatmarsoulan.fr/ and three dedicated sites on the services offered (restaurant, laundry, green spaces) . 

The needs of the " Espace Marsoulan " site. 

• In a first step : information site, communication onthe 5 main services and their prices , part of the catalog of products for sale in store, reservations for organic fruit and vegetable baskets without online payment. 

• In a second step : an online ordering and payment solution : 

o Of baskets organic fruit and vegetables, o Certain items sold in stores , o A module for pre-ordering services (dry cleaning, sewing, shoe repair) . 

3. FIRST STAGE 

We have information permanent , regular and timely to put online : 

• Our services and prices : Update at least once a year 

• The proposal for an organic fruit and vegetable basket and reservations. o Weekly proposal update on Thursday morning 

• Our products for sale. M ises regular updates . 

• We also need to communicate punctually on : 

o Our reduced schedules during the holiday period with the temporary 

interruption of organic baskets, o Our event offers : End of year parties, Valentine's Day, Promotional 

offers, new service, etc. Date-to-date information 

• People : presentation of workers to the concierge

BOOKING Reservations should be linked to client authentication. Recording of informations in database.

Very timely information on special offers : banner 

CONTACT I don't know yet ... maybe just the address, the opening days and hours, the access map, the phone number. Maybe an email ... but there are concierges who can neither read nor write , or not very well ... and therefore we should have the email contact of a manager ... who are always very busy ... A priori, no form, to see... 

Automatic SMS , MAIL ? Again, I don't really know... If the customer has given his agreement, the idea would be to be able to notify him by sms or by email of the opening of reservations for organic baskets with a link to the site page, to be able to inform promotional or special offers , etc. Each time with a link to the site. 

So far we only send by email details of organic baskets proposals (Message + PDF attachment ) but our client contact list is not update with Outlook ... The customers preferentially reserve basket by phone and moderately by email. Mail, for concierges, is always a bit complicated to manage properly. 

AND THEN... There will probably be a “ Get to know ” page with portraits of the concierges, a few lines on the ESAT and the editorial on the citizen act in favor of the disabled and eco-responsible...
